Use Opentact for SIP Trunking

You can use Opentact to terminate your VoIP traffic. Here are the two simple steps to setup your Opentact account for live traffic.

Step 2: Create Outbound Voice Profile

A Outbound Voice Profile let's you to to define the Termination product you want to use to terminate your outbound PSTN Calls.

Opentact provides the following products:

  • US Call Center Product

  • US Conversational Product

Step 1: Create a SIP Domain

This SIP Domain is the destination url that your switch can use to send traffic into.

Step 2: Create SIP Switch for your Domain

After a SIP domain is created, you can click on "User".

In the SIP Switch box, create an entry that defines your origination SIP:

After a SIP Switch is created, you can start sending from this SIP Switch IP to your SIP Domain URL.
