# Specify Dialplan XML

If the Call Control APP has a fixed way of handling incoming calls, you can simply define the OptXML to the Call Control APP by setting it in the Dialplan page. 

Here is how you do this.  FIrst you click on the Dialplan button for the SIP Control APP.

In this page, you will see the text box where you can enter the SIP Control APP.  Initially, Opentact will show you a default Call Flow XML that works as a starting point for modifying on top.&#x20;

In the OptXML Section of this online user manual, we will provider you many example of OptXML for the different call handling.  You can refer to those examples and modify them on top.&#x20;
